Willie J Capers( Shorty) 71, of Louisville, Kentucky, born April 28, 1949 in Pennington Alabama. Willie accepted his call to heaven January 19, 2021, while battling Covid 19. Willie was educated by the Sumpter County school system. Willie retired from Ford-KTP after 33 years of service.

Willie was a member of the Sofisticated Gents M/C(Baby Ray), Amigos APL pool league and the UAW retirees chapter. Willie enjoyed his life to the fullest, traveling the country, competing in billiards, riding his motorcycle, watching country westerns, listening to rythm and blues, attending social gatherings and poking fun at others. Willie was a kind hearted man with genuine love for everyone, doing what he could to enhance the life of others.
He leaves to cherish his legacy, his wife of 36 years Judy Margaret Capers. Sons/Daughters: Daryl Vawlters, Joseph (Ania)Gaines, Angela (Antonio)Gaines, Sharon(Darryl) Capers, Tanita Capers,Tomika(Cory) Capers Armelin, Gregory(Angela)Cross, Donald R (Jackie)Carey, Christopher(Pam)Carey, Dametra Carey and Tamara Carey.
