William Brown Sr Obituary

William Charles Brown Sr “Billy” “Will” was the first-born son to Russell Brown and Janet George. He passed away unexpectedly at Louis Stokes Cleveland VA. William was a Graduate of Oberlin Senior High School and a resident of Cleveland, Ohio.

In 1979 He joined the military (Navy) and enjoyed traveling to different countries. After retiring William begin truck driving and drove about 10 years, he frequently drove to Texas, and later moved there before returning to Cleveland Ohio.

William was a member of Christ Temple Apostolic Church of Oberlin, Ohio, where he was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost. William was an avid fisherman and loved having Fish Frys. He enjoyed old-school music, singing, playing cards, hunting, bowling and trivia.

William was a devoted father and grandfather, William Leaves to cherish his Memory, Sisters: Davida Franklin of Akron, Ohio, Sarah Curry of Nashville, Tennessee, Michelle Baker of Kentucky and Patricia Jamieson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Daughters: Dominique and Devan McCrary of Richmond, Kentucky, Sons: Abelle of Italy, William Junior, B.J. of South Carolina, and Kaire of Kentucky, a host of cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and friends with several bonus children he called his own.

William was preceded in death by his parents.
