Tray "Baby Boy" Porter

Tray 'Baby Boy' Porter, 21, of Elyria, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021. He was born August 24, 1999 to Charles and Tracy Porter.
Tray was a faithful member at the Original Glorious Apostolic Church, where he was baptized in Jesus Name at an early age. He began playing the drums at 18 months and was the drummer at this church for over eight years. Tray was very musically inclined, singing and rapping songs that he would produce. Tray loved spending time with family and friends and making people laugh. He loved his family, friends and his church family and would always end his conversations with 'I love you and if you need anything let me know.' Tray had an infectious smile and a sweet spirit. He was also goofy but yet kindhearted. Tray prided himself on providing for the people he loved.
Tray leaves to cherish his memory, his beautiful daughter, Gabriella Porter of Sandusky; parents, Charles and Tracy of Olmsted Falls; brothers; sisters; grandparents; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews; girlfriend and by his church family that thought of Tray as if he was their own son.

Friends may be received in the Church on the North Coast/Lorain 4125 N. Leavitt Rd. A Walk-Thru will be on Monday, February 8, 2020  from 9:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M. and Service will start at 10:00 A.M. Pastor Rodney Thomas, officiating. Burial will follow at Brookdale, Elyria. Social Distancing and Mask Required.
