Tracie E Sprinkle-Hicks

On April 20, 2020 Tracie Elizabeth Sprinkle-Hicks got her wings and went to walk with the angels after a long battle of chronic illnesses.

 It would be wrong to say that Tracie lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Tracie stayed strong. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly looks like. There was no quit in Tracie. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight.

Tracie is predeceased by her parents Yvonne and Charles Sprinkle and her children Jamelro, Aaron, Antwan and Adrian. She is survived by her husband Percy, her sister Cherie (Terrell), her brother Charlie, and her children Percy Jr, Ciara (Jeff), Kimberly, Percettia, Terrance, Adam, Vaughn, Albert, Timothy, Antonio, Tracy, Antoinette, along with a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends

 While Tracie’s family grieves her loss, they are choosing to remember Tracie in a way that honors her spirit. Her funeral will be a private ceremony for immediate family. It will take place at Carter’s Funeral Home on Saturday May 2nd 2020 . A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
