Thomas 'Thomas C.' K. Parker

Obit of Thomas K. Parker Thomas K. ‘Thomas C’ Parker 96, of Elyria, made his transition to heaven on January 30, 2019 in the New Life Hospice of Lorain following a short illness. He was born in Ripley, TN coming to Elyria 62 years ago. He was employed at Ridge Tool Company in Elyria as a Machinist retiring after 35 years of service. Thomas was a member of Unity Baptist Church of Elyria where he served as church Deacon and a member of the male choir. He enjoyed watching westerns, sports, baseball, loved to go fishing, spending time with family and friends. He will be sadly missed by his daughters: Linda Faye Mahone and Roslyn Dale Parker both of Elyria, Donna Jennings of Lorain, Constance Mitchell of Elyria, Sons: Gary Parker and Desmond Parker both of Elyria, 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 6 great great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his wife Frances Parker, daughters: Derry Parker and Mary Parker, son: Sonny Parker, brother: Thomas Kenley Parker Jr. Friends will be received on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 5 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. in the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, 127 W.
