T.L. ( T-Bone) Flowers

T.L. Flowers(T-Bone), 77 years old of Elyria Ohio, died February 22,2021 from a long illness. Mr. Flowers was born in Goshen, Alabama before coming to Elyria at the age of 4.

Mr. Flowers was a veteran in the army, where he served in the airborne force.  He had many skills. He worked as a welder, truck driver, crane operator and many other occupations.

Mr. Flowers enjoyed golf, karate, playing cards, driving fast cars, talking on his CB radio, and spending time with his grandchildren.

T.L. leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Zachary Bromley of Toledo, Ohio; Dwayne Hill of Dearborn Heights, Michigan; Tamara Flowers of Elyria, Ohio; Victoria (Roberto) Arce of Lorain, Ohio and Ann Dolin-Flowers of Cleveland, Ohio; 12 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren; His sister Marion (Oliver) Fluker of Elyria, Ohio, brothers Phillip and Sylvester Oliver of Elyria, Ohio; And a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Mr. Flowers is preceded in death by his parents T.L. Jones and Annie Mae Oliver, son Christopher Vincent, sisters Jeanette (Oliver) Lewis, Annie (Oliver) Qualls, brothers John L. Flowers, Harvey Oliver and Eddie Oliver.

Home going service of T.L Flowers will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021 in the Carter Funeral Home/Chapel, 127 West Bridge Street, Elyria, Viewing (walk through) 11:00 until service at 12:00 Noon. Burial will be at Brookdale Cemetery in Elyria, Ohio.
