Sherry E Jackson

Sherry E Jackson 65 of Elyria transitioned into eternal rest on Wednesday June 1, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born September 4th, 1956, in Lebanon, TN to Elizabeth Gaines (nee) Jackson, before moving to Elyria Ohio in 1975. She was employed by Elyria City Schools until her departure. She enjoyed spending time with family, line dancing, basketball, going to the casino and Internet cafes. 

Sherry leaves to cherish her memory her children; Kisha Jackson of Lorain Oh, Karlton “Drake” Mosby Jr. (Danielle) of North Ridgeville Oh, Kevin Mosby of Elyria Oh, Kody Mosby of Lebanon Tn, Stepsons Tywan Crook and Tyson Crook of Lorain Oh, Siblings Joyce (Larry) Sykes of Yonkers NY, Mark Jackson, Reggie Jackson and Christopher (Hope) Mcadoo of Lebanon Tennessee ,9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in Death by her mother Elizabeth Gaines, daughter Kendra Jackson, brothers Johnny Gaines, Roger Jackson and Geary Jackson. 

Services will be held 

Friday June 10th, 2022, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Elyria, oh with viewing at 10:00 am and services to follow at 11:00 am
