Shavar D Patrick

Shavar D. Patrick, 34, passed away peacefully in the Lorain Mercy Medical Hospital, Lorain, OH on Saturday, January 8th, 2022.

He was born on Wednesday, November 4th, 1987, to Theresa Benjamin Boykin and Charles (Chucky) Edward Patrick.

Born and raised in Lorain County and graduated with his GED. He enjoyed playing game systems and PUBG with Kendrea, playing poker, and spending time with his kids, family, and friends.

Shavar’s memories will forever live through his sons, Shavar D Patrick JR, and Syncere D Patrick of Lorain. Mother of his children, Deisha Spencer. His Father, Charles (Chucky) Edward Patrick. His brother, Ronnie Benjamin, and his sister, Shon (O.J) Williams. His aunties, Frances (Benny) Adams, Beverly (Dwight), Gayle Benjamin, Erica Battle, Cheryl Battle and Wilma Patrick. His uncles, William Benjamin, and Herman (Christina) Benjamin. A host of cousins and other relatives.

He was proceeded in his death by his daughter, Sharvasia D Patrick. His mother, Theresa Benjamin Boykin. His grandparents, Mary and Charles Patrick, and Lula Mae (George) Benjamin. His aunties, Willie Mae Battle, Sheila Benjamin, and Rosetta Benjamin. His uncles, George Benjamin Jr and Simpson Benjamin.

Services will be held Monday January 17th, 2022, at Carter Funeral Home 3001 Elyria Ave Lorain, OH 44055 from 10a to 11am.

Burial will be Tuesday January 18th, 2022, at Elmwood from 10a-11a 640 N Ridge Rd, Lorain OH 44053.
