Roshell Marie Filmore

Roshell Marie Filmore (Anderson) was born September 27, 1978, to Roosevelt and Mary Anderson. The youngest of three, she was a handful. She moved with her family to Oberlin, Ohio shortly thereafter. She last attended high school at Elyria West High school.

When you talk about big hearts, Roshell was right there at the top with one of the biggest hearts of all.  Her world, her heart, her everything was her children.

She leaves to cherish her memory eternally; Josh Baker aka this man of mine right here; children, LeDon, Deoveyon, D'Lorenzo, Camarie, Taraji Lee, Walter lee, Royalty, and Joshua jr.: her only brother Kenyon (Melanie) Fields.

She was preceded in death by her parents Roosevelt and Mary Anderson and sister, Kissy Anderson.

Friends will be received on Saturday, August 22, 2020 in the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, 127 West Bridge Street, Elyria, from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, you are required to wear a MASK and Social Distancing is a must.
