Rosa (MAE) Ball Obituary

 

Rosa Ball was affectionely known as (Mae) was loved by many especially all children she came in contact with. Mae didn't have children of her own and was always there for others. Mae's passion was piecing together puzzles until they were completed. Mae was a collector of pictures and loved to play cards. If you wanted a picture of anyone go to Mae's house.

Mae was survived by her sister Mary E. West and brother Otis Madison along with a many nieces and nephews. Also many friends that she treated as family. Mae loved attending Bible Study and Church with her dear friends. Mae always enjoyed a good laugh with her great-niece Angel Arnold.Mae was preceded in death by her parents Clifton Sr. and Edith West brothers John Henry West, Clifton West Jr. George West and Melvin West Sr. and a sister Mamie L. Johnson (West) and her lifelong partner James Goodson.

Friends may call Wednesday, December 16, 2020 in the Carter Funeral Home, Chapel/Elyria 127 West Bridge Street. A walk-thru will be from 10:00A.M. - 10:30A.M. “The Celebration of Life” will follow after at 10:30A.M.  Please wear a Mask and Social Distance.
