Ronald "Ronnie" Jackson Jr

Ronald "Ronnie" Jackson Jr 54, of Elyria, OH passed away on Sunday June 28, 2026, at Elyria Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness.

Ronnie was a lifelong resident of Elyria. He was a construction worker at Maintenance Systems of Northern Ohio.

He enjoyed motorcycle riding, fishing, bonfires and life outdoors.

Ronnie is survived by his significant other, Amber Adkins; daughters: Kaileyana, Brooklyn, Cheyenne Jackson all of Elyria and Shyla Jackson of Columbus; close relative, Elaine Waugh of Columbus; sister, Rhonda (Nikki) Jackson of Elyria; brothers, Tony Fields of Lorain, Tracy Fields of Massillon, Darian Beckwith, and Daryl Jackson both of Elyria; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his son, Ronald A. Jackson III; father, Ronald A. Jackson Sr.; mother, Ruth A. Jackson; maternal grandparents Foster and Elmira Whitfield, paternal grandparents, Willis and Tish Jackson.

Services will be held on July 9, 2026, at the Original Glorious Apostolic Church, 995 Foster Ave., Elyria under the leadership of Pastor Doris E. Williams.
