Robert Johnson

Robert passed away on May 28th, 2023, at Lake Point Nursing Home. He was born on January 16th, 1960, to Barbara Johnson and Robert Smith. He attended Southview High School. 

Robert worked different types of jobs as he was a handy man. In his spare time, he enjoyed going fishing and spending time with all his children and grandkids and his family and friends. He also loved cooking out on the grill and drinking his beer.

He is survived by his wife Bertha Johnson, daughters Letisha Mills, Latoya Mills, Aaliya Johnson, April Johnson, sons: Robert Mills and Adrian Johnson. His sisters: Sheila Johnson, Bonnie Gaddy, Robin Chapman, Regina Aaron, Ernestine Chapman, Kimberly Cosme, and  Bobbiejean Pringle, brothers: Vincent Johnson, Sam Johnson, and Dwayne Veron. 23 grandchildren 7 great grandchildren, hosts of Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.

Robert is preceded in death by his mother Barabara Johnson, father Robert Smith, brothers Terry Corbin, Ronnie Corbin and Michael Johnson, granddaughter A'Niilah Dixon, grandmothers Ruby Johnson, and Rena Taylor, grandfather Eugene Johnson.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday June 8th, 2023, at 1pm at Carter Funeral Home located at 3001 Elyria Ave Lorain, Ohio 44055.
