Reginald Van Smith, Sr.

Reginald Van Smith Sr, 60, of Elyria Ohio Gained his wings on Saturday October 18, 2025 and was born April 2, 1965. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Geiger, and his grandparents, Elsie Lou & Garrett Smith and Joseph Isom He is survived by a family who loved him through it all. His  mother Ruth Ann Geiger; his sons, Reginald (Fanchana) Smith Jr. and Garrett Smith;and his siblings: Annette(Glen) Bullock, Ditanuia(Pastor Keith) Baker, Yulanda Geiger, Nancy Geiger-Brown, Edwina Church, Bryant (Susie) Carter, Eddie(Tamar) Coats, and Erinn Coats. He also is leaving a host of nieces and nephews who will forever remember the uncle who made them laugh, especially his special niece, Marisha.
