Phyllis Everson Obituary

Phyllis Everson, 65 of Elyria, Ohio left us to be with the Lord on July 18, 2022, following a lengthy illness. Born June 27th, 1957, to Thomas and Elsie Everson.

Phyllis grew up with a very close family. The second born of 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy.

Educated in the Lorain Public School System she went on to earn an associate degree from Lorain County Community College. She was a member of the Mount Zion Baptist Church in Elyria.

Phyllis enjoyed reading, walks in the Lorain County Metroparks, dinners with friends, shopping and studying astrology.

Phyllis leaves behind to always cherish her memory her son Kendal, mother and father Elsie and Thomas, 2 sisters Elizabeth and Tina: and nephew Travis.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Jr.

Phyllis was a great mother, daughter, sister, and friend to all those lucky enough to cross her path. She will be greatly missed.

Service will be held on Tuesday July 26th, 2022, at 11:00 am until at 12:00 am at Carter Funeral Home Chapel 3001 Elyria Ave, Lorain, Ohio 44055
