Phillip Ma'Rae Taylor age 29 was born on October 11, 1993, in Elyria, OH but Oberlin and Lorain raised him. He passed away unexpectedly on July 13, 2023.
He graduated from Lorain High school in 2012 and since then found passion in cooking. He enjoyed spending time with his family, joking around, and laughing. He had a heart as big as his smile and you couldn't catch Phillip without a smile on his face. Despite any hardships he had faced he was always the light in this world full of darkness. There was nothing Flip couldn't overcome, from a bad health scare to addiction he always came out on top. Flip was one with his words, well known for his great music (one of the best) and always had just the right things to say to anyone needing some inspiration. He was a wonderful uncle to all of his nieces and nephews, a great sibling, amazing son and phenomenal friend who will truly be missed. Heaven gained a legend and don't be weary because God needed him more than we did on earth.
He is Survived by: Mother Phyllis M. Henderson, Lorain, Ohio. Father Michael D. (Elizabeth) Taylor Sr., Conneaut, Ohio. Co-parents; Mario Bullard, Lorain, Ohio, Abdul Earl, Elyria, Ohio, and Shymil F. Jones, Marietta, Georgia. Phillip’s maternal Grandmothers are Dee Etta Henderson, Oberlin, Ohio and Harriett Morgan, Elyria, Ohio. His fiancée Ashley Villafanez and daughter London.
