Mittie Lee Jones born June 26th,1952 in Elyria Ohio passed away on Thursday October 7th 2021 at Mercy Health in Lorain, Oh due to a brief illness. She worked for Service Master and Elyria Public School Systems. She enjoyed family gatherings, sewing, dancing, and wrestling matches. She was a former member of Church of God In Christ on Woodford Avenue in Elyria. She is survived by her sisters Mary Mauldin of Oberlin, Jean Lawson of Lorain, Amanda Jones of Elyria, Brothers Sherman Jones and Rodney Jones both of Lorain, a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents Norman Jones Sr and Hattie (nee Duvall) Jones, Sister Norman Jones, Brother Norman Jones Jr (Spc.5) and niece Princess Gordan.
