Marquita Lea Tolliver

(nee Smith), Marquita L Tolliver, age 62, of Lorain, passed away July 11th, 2020 in her home. Devoted mother of Jerome Tolliver II (Crystal) and Marcel Tolliver (Savannah); Devoted and loving “Nana” to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Marquita was preceded in death by both of her parents.

Our Matriarch will be missed for the loving, joyful, and generous person that she was; we are  blessed by her many years of faithful and devotional prayers on our behalf.

We are comforted by the blessed assurance that she is having a joyful journey to be with her Lord Jesus Christ. Anyone who knew Marquita knew that she was incredibly kindhearted, and her home was always open to anyone in need. She had an immense passion for her family and animals and was always a source of positivity. Marquita’s family and friends will miss her more than words can say.

Friends may attend the memorial service at Carter Funeral Home 3001 Elyria Ave. Lorain, Ohio 44055 on Saturday July 18th at 11:00am. MUST WEAR MASK!1!
