Lenora (Len) Robinson

Lenora “Len” Robinson (83) of Lorain, made her transition to Heaven on April 15, 2018 in the Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain, following a short illness.

She was born in Waverly, Arkansas, coming to Lorain in 1969.

Mrs. Robinson was employed in the Housekeeping Department at Mercy Regional Medical Center, retiring after 39 years of service.

She was a member of Community Baptist Church, Lorain, were she was a charter member, serving on the usher board, choir member, mother of the church, kitchen committee, former president of the Missionary Society and Pastors' Aide.

She enjoyed sewing, shopping, watching tv, having family dinners, and spending time with family and friends, she was an outgoing person.

She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Barbara A. Epps and Carolyn J. Mitchell, both of Lorain; 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren; sister, Addie Granderson of Elkhart, Indiana; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death her parents, father, Robert Foster Sr. and mother, Lelia Wesley (nee Church); brother, Robert Foster Jr.

Friends may call Friday, April, 20, 2018, in the Community Baptist Church, 617 West 24th Street, Lorain, from 11:00am until time of service at 12:00 noon. Rev. Rufus Buchanan, will officiate. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.
