Larry Hill, Jr.

On Monday, October 11, 2021 Larry (aka) "Jr" transitioned away from a broken heart due to the death of his sister Buffie. He was born July 4, 1969 to the late Larry Hill, Sr. and Janis Hill in Elyria. Larry joined Elyria Baptist Church at an early age under the leadership of Pastor Jim Gordon. Later, becoming a member of the Holy Name Church under the leadership of MSGR Richard Antall. 

Larry Jr. attended Elyria City Schools with the accomplishments of helping send the athletic department to several wrestling championships. He was employed with the American Mine Door Company at the time of his death. Larry enjoyed watching various movies, spending time with his family and friends as well as traveling to and from with Jeremy and Joseph.

 He was proceeded in death by her parents; paternal grandparents William T. Hill, Sr. & Ida B. Hill; maternal grandparents Hazel Larney, Charlie Davis & Ezekiel Billy, and brother Stacey Lee. 

He leaves to cherish his loving memory three sons Lawrence "Pete" Magee of Oklahoma, Estavon Hill and Kevin Daniels, both of North Carolina, a daughter Shakara Hill of Lorain, 7 grandchildren, three brothers Timothy Hill of Oklahoma, Terrence Hill of Cleveland, and Brian Hill of Chillicothe, Ohio. Special brothers, Jeremy Baker and his roommate Joseph Corrigan, both of Cleveland and Jason Hill of Elyria, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. 

Family and friends may be received on October 22, 2021, at 10:00am until 11:00am following the “celebration of life” at 11:00am at Original Church Of God 512  Edward Ave, Elyria OH 44035
