John Edward Hill

John Edward Hill Sr. Gained his wings on Thursday December 30, 2021. 

John was born April 7, 1949, in Elyria Ohio to the union of Boyzie Hill and Maggie Hill. John attended Elyria High School. 

John worked at H&H Tours; he also was a bus driver for Lorain County Transit. John had a love for music he played the base guitar, also played with the Heavenly Band. John was big on family, and he had 18 grandchildren, he loved them all unconditionally. 

John leaves to cherish his memories; Son Marqray Hill, daughters April Hill, Crystal Hill, Karena Hill of Elyria Oh, Tameko (Clint) Winder of Severn, Md., Carlene Hill of Louisville, Ky., Coretta Hill of Phoenix, Az., Mary (Tracy) Hall of Tuscaloosa, Al., Son Bobby Hill of Elyria, Oh., Sister Lutrell Hill of Elyria, Oh. and 18 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and other family members

He is preceded in death by Parents Boyzie and Maggie Hill, Brother Anthony Hill Sr., Sister Jeanette Hill, Daughter Teneesha Hill, Son John Hill Jr., Ex-wife Sharon Hill. 

Walk through viewing will be on Wednesday January 12, 2022, 10:00am until 11:00am Services following afterwards at 11:00am at Original Church of God 512 Edward Ave, Elyria Oh 44035. Interment will be at Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria Oh.
