Jennifer Wade

Jennifer C. Wade, 41, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away and entered into eternal rest on February 23, 2025. She was born in Lorain, Ohio, to parents Charlotte L. Wade and Jeffrey L. Arnold on March 29, 1983.

Jennifer was a 2001 class graduate of Lorain Southview High School, where she participated in the culinary program. She worked at the Wesleyan Village formerly known as Elyria Methodist Village, May Credit, Teletech and First Student. She enjoyed crafts, spending time with family and friends. Spending time with her numerous nieces and nephews. She was dedicated to and treasured every bit of time that she spent with her sons, Jamesson and Josias. She enjoyed making friends and meeting new interesting people. Jennifer was a joyful bundle of conflict. If you knew her, you loved her. If you met her either you liked her or you didn't. She was the Hype girl, the one to lift spirits even when hers was down. She was generous and giving. She was the best support person to have in your corner. Jennifer was most definitely loved and will be missed. 

Jennifer is survived by her children, Jamesson and Josias Barker. Her sisters/cousins Jacqueline Wade (Elyria), Philadonna Wade (Lorain), Erica Wade (Cleveland), Brytani (nee Fryson) Comrie (Lorain),Setedra Beasley (Cleveland), Latrice Thomas (Lorain) and Nya Wade (Boca Raton, Fl.) Her brothers/cousins, Ellis Frances Jr. (Lorain), Germaine Worthy (Cleveland), David Thomas Jr. (Lorain) and Willie Fryson Jr. (Youngstown). Her father, Jeffrey L. Arnold (Angela) of Fort Meyers, FL and paternal grandmother, Jeanette (nee Williams) Arnold-Riggins and a host of loving cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte L. Wade, her maternal grandparents, John H. Wade and Florine (Wade) Wilson, her paternal grandfather Calvin G. Arnold and many other loved ones who will be welcoming her.
