Jack Woods Obituary

Jack Leroy Woods, 78 of Elyria, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Monday March 18th, 2024, at Oneil Healthcare following a short illness.

Jackie, as he was known, worked for General Motors in Elyria.

Jackie leaves to cherish his memory, Daughters: Kelly Woods of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Cynthia, Crystal and Dina Woods all of Elyria, sons: Shawn (Iris) of Decatur, Georgia, Alfonzo, Jack, and Dana Woods all of Elyria, brother-in-law Minister Cletus Grantham of Elyria, a host of grandkids, great grands, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Board-Woods, sisters: Geraldine Grantham, Gloria Tell, and his grandparents: Deacon William Board and Josephine Board, grandson Jaleel Woods, and son William Curry.

A viewing will be held on Friday March 29th at 11am with a celebration of life to follow at 12 noon, located at Carter Funeral Home 127 W Bridge St Elyria, OH 44035.
