ISAAC MCCALL JR Obituary

Isaac, (Blue) McCall Jr., passed away suddenly surrounded by the love of family on Wednesday November 9, 2022, at the golden age of 87 while on a vacation cruise doing what he loved.

Isaac was born in Marvella, Alabama to Isaiah and Elizabeth McCall. Isaac graduated from Central High School in Mobile, Alabama in 1952. Shortly after graduating High School Isaac moved to Lorain, Ohio and found employment with U.S Steel Corporation where he began working in 1953. Isaac retired from U.S. Steel in 1988. Isaac also worked for a period of time at The Shipyard in Lorain, Ohio. Isaac enjoyed bowling, Las Vegas, cruising and he absolutely loved being on his computer.

After moving to Lorain, Ohio, Isaac met Mable L. Smith and they were married in 1955. Together Isaac and Mable had three children: Kelvin E. McCall, Dolores (Lolo) McCall and Karen M. McCall (Anthony C. Powell). Isaac was the proud grandfather of Damon I. McCall (Cathy), Jasmine N. McCall, Sade McCall and Eeliyah McCall. Isaac was also the proud great grandfather of Damon I. McCall Jr., Meridian McCall and Sanaa G. Davis. Left cherishing his memory are his wife Mable L. McCall, his children, his sister Mary McCall English, his Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and a host of Nieces, Nephews, relatives and friends.

Isaac's Faith and his Church meant a lot to him, as did his Pastors, Timothy & Deena Williams and Dr. Gregory Ballard.

Isaac was preceded in death by his Parents, Isaiah and Elizabeth McCall and his brothers, Clarence and Melvin McCall. We must not forget his beloved pet dog Ebony.

Services will be held at Faith Ministries Christian Center located at 1306 Euclid Ave. Lorain, Ohio 44052 on Tuesday November 22, 2022, at 11 a.m. Viewing will be, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.
