Ever'James (STITCH) Stanley Gwinn

    My name is Ever'James, and I'm affectionately known as Stitch, Ever Clear, Ever Fresh, Light Bright, and Nana's Man. I was born on December 16, 2022, in Cleveland, Ohio, Created by Mer'Sedes Gwinn & Ryan Bush. On October 28, 2024, at 1:34 a.m., angels helped me go home to God, surrounded by family and friends.

I had the best blue eyes, like the ocean, and a smile you couldn't forget. I spent quality time with my favorite person, Old Man Jenkins, my bonus dad (Lydell Keith). We loved watching football - Go Browns! We'd even watch The Young and the Restless while snacking on Mike and Ike's.

Rainbow and Babies was my second home, and I loved everyone there! I enjoyed virtual church and praise and worship. My favorite song was "My Soul Is Anchored" by Douglas Miller.

    I cherished moments with Grandma Lila Jackson and her ABC song, along with her cuddles. Grandma Kendra Bhagmath always showered me with love and kisses. Grandad Mike Bhagmath knows he's my teddy bear and favorite spit-up rag.

At First Step STNA school, I loved spending time with my god-grandparents, Juanita and Albert Brown, and Great-Grandma Glover. My grandparents would take me to work, teaching me about phlebotomy and STNA.

    My aunts and uncles spoiled me rotten, sneaking me out for adventures. I enjoyed late-night FaceTime calls with Great Aunt Me'Chele Gwinn from Michigan.

Watching trees and birds outside brought me joy. Aunty Chrishana Jones was my favorite god-mommy and advocate, ensuring doctors treated me right and making me shine at the hospital.

My brothers were my protectors and best friends. My mom, Mer'Sedes Gwinn, was my rock, always by my side, ensuring I had the best life.

Since arriving on earth, I've been loved unconditionally - earth owes me nothing!

I leave to cherish and continue my legacy: Mer’Sedes Gwinn and Lydell Keith, Brothers Bronx Kirkendoll, Mike Gwinn, and Khaji Bush. 

Aunts and uncles: Jayda (angel), Alexis Bhagmath, Isaiah (Bri) Henn, Antonio Ball, Zaire Ball, Chrishana Jones, Nicole Hilliard, Kenya Woodward, Chaley Ball, Lakrista Brooks, Aubrey Jackson, Steve Bush, and Sheila (Orlando) Jones.

Grandparents: Kendra (Mike) Bhagmath, Lila Jackson, Steve (Pearl) Bush, Juanita and Albert Brown.

Godparents: Brittney Lesesne, Chrishana Jones, Nicole Hilliard, Michelle Clack, and Brenden Davitz.

Visitation will be held on Saturday November 9th, 2024, at 10am with a Celebration of Life to begin at 11am.

Services will be held at Jones Chapel Church 343 17th St Elyria, OH.
