Bobby Oliver Jr. Obituary

Bobby Joe Oliver Jr. embarked on life’s ultimate adventure on May 7th, 2024, after a valiant journey through life that began on March 17th, 2023, in Birmingham, Alabama. After only 13 months his grand departure occurred unexpectedly in Elyria, Ohio, where he left a legacy of laughter and love that will echo for eternity.

Bobby, the little warrior who could, tackled major abdominal surgery as a newborn like a champ, facing numerous hospital visits with the courage of a lion. Despite the challenges that life tossed his way, he danced through them with a grin that could light up the darkest room and a spirit that refused to do anything but soar.

In his brief but spectacularly vibrant time with us, Bobby found his greatest joys in the simple pleasures. He was the cuddle champion, always ready to turn a frown upside down with his infectious laughter and a bear hug that could make the Grinch feel like a Care Bear. His quads, Alexandria and Ryan, were his partners in crime, sharing in the giggles and the frolics that made every day a new adventure. Jr. also had a love for watching Ms. Rachel who shared the same contagious smile and a joy for life that was untouchable.

Bobby was a loving soul, his gentle touch and spirited nature a testament to the pure joy he found in every moment. His life was a masterclass in how to face adversity with a smile. He had the rare gift of reminding us all that life, no matter how brief, is a stage for joy, and he played his part with gusto.

As we bid farewell to Bobby Joe Oliver Jr., let us remember that while his time on stage was short, the standing ovation he earned will resound forever. He left us as he lived- on a high note, with a smile on his face and love in his heart. The world may be a little less bright without him, but the stars in the night sky have gained a new twinkle, a reminder of the light and laughter he brought into our lives.

Bobby was preceded in death by his grandfather Gregory L. Armstrong Jr., grandmother Bobby Jo Oliver, and quadruplet sibling Baby B.

He will be forever remembered by his loving parents Asia A. Armstrong and Bobby Joe Oliver Sr., siblings: Ryan, Alexandria, Barry, Priyah, Silas, Raynah, and Cierra, grandmother Christina M. Malone, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday May 15th  at 1pm located at Carter Funeral Home 127 W Bridge St Elyria, OH.
