Betty Mason Obituary

Betty Joyce Mason, 83, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 23, 2021, after a lengthy illness.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, sons; Ricky and Hernan Jr. (Ann) of Winchester, Tennessee, Roger, Earl, Timothy, Matthew “Allen” of Lorain, Ohio; daughter, Lisa Mason (Leon) of Lorain. Ohio; two sisters of Elyria, Ohio; 25 plus grandchildren and a host of great and great-great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Cannon Sr. and Irene Cannon; grandson. Earl Damian Mason; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Family and Friends will be received on Friday, April 30, 2021 in the Carter Funeral Home/Chapel, 127 West Bridge St, Elyria. A walk-thru will be held from 10:00AM until 11:00AM. “The Celebration of Life” will begin at 11:00AM. Burial will be at Brookdale Cemetery. Please wear a mask and social distance.
