Anna Barnes

Anna   Lee   Barnes a lifelong resident of  Lorain, Ohio born December 15, 1937, went home to be   with   the   Lord on Thursday, July 22, 2021.

 She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Pearl Charlton, and sister, Dorothy Lee Charlton.

She   leaves to celebrate her home- going  four   children:   Eric(Kara)   Echols,   Melvin   (Margaret)Echols, Lisa   Barnes   and   Kevin Barnes;   fifteen  (15)   loving grandchildren, Jasmine Sanders, Shakeyla   Sanders, Michelle Barnes, Brittany Sanders, David Charlton,  Topeka Charlton, Bernadette Charlton, Terrance Echols, Morgan   Echols, Nala Echols,   Kameron Thomas-Echols,   Eric J. Echols,   Kierra Echols, Khristian Echols, Kelsey Echols; nine (9)  greatgrandchildren - Nevaeh Lewis, A”mari Williams, Au’riell Williams,Jeremiah Lewis, Kaitlyn Thomas, MaKayla Thomas, Jaliyah Echols, Jaelyn Echols, Josiah Echols.

Family and Friends may be received on Saturday, July 31, 2021 in the Carter Funeral Home/Chapel, 3001 Elyria Ave, Lorain. A walk-thru will begin at 10:00AM until 11:00AM and the “Celebration of Life” will follow at 11:00AM. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain.
