Alishia J Barbee

Mrs. Alishia J. Barbee was born on July 10, 1969 in Elyria, OH to David and Dussie Lee Killings. Alishia was called home to be with the Lord on December 21, 2020. Alishia loved spending time with her husband Don Barbee of 32 years. She also loved spending time with the her Grandkids. Alishia has a long history of work from home health care to dietary. Alishia loved to have fun, cook and playing her lottery.

Alishia leaves behind to cherish her memories, her husband of 32 years Don Barbee, Sr of Elyria. Daughters, Dominique McGee of Elyria; Lakeya Barbee of Michigan. Three Sons, Roy Killings, Don Barbee, Jr., Marvelle Barbee all of Elyria, OH. Three Sisters, Mildred Daniels and Andrea Jordan both of Elyria, OH; Luccie Simmons of Lorain, OH; three Brothers, Ellis Fenderson, David Killings, Jr. and Jake Killings all of Elyria, OH; 24 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Alishia was proceeded in death by her parents David and Dussie; Sisters, Annamae and Mosieanna; and Brother Sam Killings.

Friends will be received in the Carter Funeral Home/ Lorain 3001 Elyria Ave. on January 5, 2021, from 2:00P.M. til 4:00P.M., and  on January 6, 2021 there will be a "Hour of Sharing" from 9:00A.M till 10:00A.M. in the True Vine Primitive Baptist Church, 737 West 18th Street, Elyria, Oh.,  A  private "Celebration of Life" will begin at 10:00A.M., for family only,  Pastor James R. Furcron Jr. will officiate. Burial will be at Brookdale Cemetery/ Elyria. Please wear a mask and Social Distances is required.
