Adgie Diana Thompkins made her transition on August 2, 2019 in the University Hospital of Cleveland. She was born in June 26, 1923 in Robeson County, NC.

She was the daughter of the late James McMillan and Sallie Mack McMillian.

She leaves to cherish her memory a brother: James McMillian, Jr., of Ramseur, NC and a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Perry Thompkins.
