Aaron Whitfield

Aaron Whitfield was born December 10, 1966, to Ethel Whitfield and Lee Crawford in Lorain, Ohio.

He graduated from Admiral King High School in 1984 and continued his education at Ohio State University and Columbus State Community College where he received his degree in Engineering.

Aaron began his career working at D.H.D.C. Engineering Consulting services Inc. where he remained a faithful employee.

Aaron is preceded in death by is Mother Ethel Whitfield, Father Lee Crawford, sisters: Cherry Jackson, Beverly Whitfield, and Thelma (Hassan) Abdul Alim, and his brother James (Yvonne) Whitfield.

He is survived by his sisters Fannie Crawford, Debra (Gregory) Williams and Roselane (Terry Brown) Whitfield, brothers: William (Brenda) Whitfield and Charles Whitfield. He also leaves to cherish his memory a host of nieces, nephews, and friends that have become family including his special friend Pricilla Thomas and work partners Mike and Silas.

A visitation will be held on Friday September 12, 2025, 12pm with a Celebration of Life to follow at 1pm located at Carter Funeral Home 3001 Elyria Ave Lorain, OH 44055.
