Ulysses Morris Obituary

Ulysses R. Morris went to be with the Lord on September 8, 2019 in the Westlake Rehab and Nursing Home. Ulysses was born in Norfolk, Virginia. He left Virginia at the age of 15 to live with his beloved sister, Tarqueenia and her husband, Sylvester Williams in Detroit, Michigan.

Ulysses joined the U.S. Army at the age of 22 and worked for the Detroit U.S. Postal service as a supervisor for 30 years before retiring.

Uncle Ulysses will be truly missed by his loving nieces and Nephews! Our loss, truly is Heaven's gain! Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts! Love You

Friends may be received in the Carter Funeral Home Chapel on September 17, 2019. From 1:00pm until 3:00 p.m. and 6:00pm until 8:00 p.m.

Services will be in Detroit, Michigan.
