Obit for Malik Shamar Dillard Malik Shamar Dillard 19, of Lorain, transitioned from this earthy life to be with the Lord on March 19, 2018. He was born in Lorain March 21, 1998 and a graduate of Murray Ridge School of Elyria. Malik enjoyed watching: Sponge Bob, basketball, football, swimming, listening to music and traveling with family. He will be sadly missed by his parents: mother: Maria I. Dominguez of Lorain, father: Antonio K. Dillard of Lorain, sisters: Shaniya Jackson of Lorain and Ajunique Dillard of Kentucky, godmother: Jonnett Jackson of Elyria, caregivers: Brenda Davis of Elyria and Lillian Satterfield of Cleveland, paternal grandfather: Antonio Dillard Sr. of Lorain and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Malik was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jose Rosario-Dominguez and Bienvenida Rosario-Dominguez and paternal grandmother, Carol Johnson.
