LaKisha LaShelle Williams

LaKisha ‘Bone’ LaShelle Williams was born in Elyria May 19, 1978. She was raised in Detroit, MI by her grandmother Verline Williams as if Kisha was her own. She let Kisha know that Nette was her biological mother but was a baby herself. Kisha was a hard working woman so that she could provide for her daughter. Although she had help from sometimes from aunts, uncles, family and friends when needed. Kisha was a blessed child, never met a stranger, witty, funny and always had a smile. She was kind, outgoing and very respectful. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter: Verlaija J. Williams, mother: Nanette Williams, father: Eugene Frost, brother: Dana (LaTasha) Atkinson, aunts: Regina Broadnax, Linda Hawthorne, Cynthia (Thomas) Williams, Michelle Williams, Stephanie Williams, uncles: Owen (Anita) Williams, Dwight (Lenora) Williams, George (KayKay) Williams, Michael Williams, Garland ‘Perry’ (Wilma) Williams, special cousin Lisa Ross-Haynes and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and lots of friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Verline Williams and Owen Williams, Sr. Friends may call on Thursday September 20, 2018 in the Carter Funeral Home, 3001 Elyria Ave., Lorain, OH 44055 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon.
