Alan Jeffrey “Jeff” Brooks was born June 27, 1959 in Elyria, OH to Isaac V. and Zilphia Z. Brooks. He went home to be with the Lord on October 9, 2019. He passed away in the Wesleyan Village Nursing Home after a short illness.
Friends will be received on Friday, October 18, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. in the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, Elyria, OH 44035, 440-322-7788. Elder Darrell Shumpert will be the Eulogist. Burial in Brookdale Cemetery.
