Abron “DEDI” Fenderson Jr. 63, passed away Sunday, January 5, 2020, at New Life Mercy Center, following a lengthy illness. He was born in Mississippi, but raised in Whitfield, Alabama and relocated to Lorain, Ohio in 1964.
He attended Lorain City Schools, and his hobbies were music, dancing, playing cards, shooting pool, and talking trash.
He leaves to cherish his memories five children; Brandi Atkinson, of Lorain, Latasha Scott of Sandusky, OH. Asia Alston and Ebony Burk, both of Elyria, OH., and Abron Fenderson 3rd of Washington, DC; 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, Father, Abron Fenderson Sr. and Kevin and Orlander, all of Chicago, IL;Sister, Fannie Thomas; and Rev Dempsey Noble both of Lorain, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and his companion, Shaunte Holley.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jennie A. Kirksey and sister, Martha Noble.
Visitation will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2020, followed by The Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 p.m. at the Shiloh Baptist Church, 3900 Clifton Ave, Lorain, where Rev. Otis Jenkins will officiate.
