Walter N. ‘Gabby’ Edmonds 68 of Elyria, gained his wings on January 31, 2018 in the Regency West Skilled Nursing Facility in Middleburg Hts., following a long illness. He was born in Cleveland coming to Elyria in 1994. Mr. Edmonds was employed with Ford Motor Company as a mechanic, retiring after 18 years of service. Walter was a member of One Body of Christ Church in Elyria serving as an Elder of the church. Gabby was a member of the Cycle Kings Motorcycle Club of Cleveland where he served as vice-president, a member of the Mystic Knights Motorcycle Club of Cleveland. Mr. Edmonds was co-founder of the Lorain County Zulus Motorcycle Club in Elyria and one of the original members of the Cleveland Chapter, Zulus Motorcycle Club. He was a former member of the Son’s of Lights #1 under the Jurisdiction of Habaka Grand Lodge A.A.S.R. Cleveland. Gabby enjoyed camping, going to motorcycle events and riding his motorcycle. He was preceded in death by: parents William Donald Edmonds and Earline Edmonds, brother Paul Edmonds, sons: Walter “Dirty Redd” Edmonds and Kenny Edmonds.
