Obituary of Stephen A. Dukes Stephen An’tonio Dukes Sr., 26, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly on August 5, 2016. He was a lifelong resident of Elyria and attended Elyria High School. He enjoyed traveling, car shows, working on his 1972 Chevy Montecarlo, spending time with his son, family and friends. An’tonio will be sadly missed by his son Stephen An’tonio Dukes Jr., mother Nachelle M. Dukes, father Stephen E. Gibbons both of Elyria, companion Amanda K. Maurer, 3 sisters: Brit’Nee Frisby, San’Tanna Gibbons, Sassandra Gibbons, 5 brothers: Kar’Deane Dukes, Thomas Gibbons, Stephen Gibbons, Alexander Gibbons Justin Gibbons all of Elyria, God-daughter: Aunnalise Jackson of Elyria, maternal grandmother Charlie Mae Dukes of Elyria, paternal grandfather Fred Taylor of Tennessee, a nephew and a host of cousins and other relatives. He was preceded in death by a son Damarion Stephen Dukes, maternal grandfather Jack Jones and paternal grandmother Gayle Gibbons. Friends may call on Monday August 15th, 2016 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. in the Second Baptist Church, 427 Chapman Lane, Elyria, Ohio 44035. Rev. Dr. Carl P. Small will officiate. Burial to follow in Brookdale Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Carter Funeral Homes, INC, Elyria, Ohio 44035.
