Helen E. “granny” Inman, 90, of Elyria transition into Heaven on February 24th 2016 in and Wesleyan Village following a long illness.

 She was born in North Middletown Kentucky coming to Elyria in 1954 from Berea Ohio.

 She was employed in the laundry Department of the United Methodist Home, retiring after 18 years in 1988.

A member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church Elyria where she served as Usher, Deaconess, Sunday school teacher, and on the motherboard. President of the Margaret E. Barnes Club of Elyria former President of Lorain County Deaconess and stewardess board.

She enjoy cooking, sewing emblems and spending time with family.

She will be sadly missed by daughter Francine H. (Micheal) Patillo of Atlanta Georgia; Michele C. (Willie Arnold) Thomas of Elyria.

 Sons Charles F. (Matilda) Inman of Elyria; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren host of other relatives.

Preceded in death by husband, Frank Inman; parent Mary Lou Doyle step father Charles W. Doyle; daughter Yvonne “sissy” Brown.

Friends may call Tuesday March 1, 2016 in the unity MBC Elyria 326 fuller road Elyria from 11 a.m. till, service at 12. Reverend Dr. Willie Gardner pastor will officiate burial Brookdale Elyria.
